- “What a wonderful experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 am, but I arrived at 7:35 am. I was pleasantly surprised to find the office open and ready for business and was greeted with a warm smile. Filling out paperwork at any doctors’ office can be tedious, but found it to be more comfortable on the handheld computer device was given to me when I signed in. And, lastly, I am a needle-phobic but was told I would need a shot as part of my treatment. Dr. Wiley administered the ball himself, and I found it painless. I think he made a wise career choice.
